“The Tools I Use to Run My Online Business”
1.Website Builder — Wix
This is where my business lives online.
I use Wix to build my website. It’s easy to use. I can drag and drop pictures and words into place. I don’t need to know how to code (which is great because I don’t). Wix also lets me update my site anytime. When I want to add a blog or a new product, I just click and type. Simple!
2. Email Marketing — MailerLite
Email is still the best way to talk to my audience.
I use MailerLite to send emails. It helps me keep a list of everyone who signs up. I can send them tips, updates, and offers. What I love most? I can set it up to send emails automatically. That means while I sleep, MailerLite is working. Pretty cool, right?
3. Design Tool — Canva
I’m not a designer, but I sure look like one.
Canva helps me create logos, social media posts, and even eBooks. It’s full of ready-made templates. I just pick one, change the words, and boom — it looks like a pro made it. And yes, it’s free (unless you want the fancy stuff).
4. Payment System — PayPal + Stripe
Getting paid should be easy.
I use PayPal and Stripe to collect money from customers. They’re both safe and trusted. Some people like PayPal, some like Stripe. I offer both so everyone feels good when they buy from me.
5. Project Planner — Trello
This keeps my brain from exploding.
Trello helps me plan my work. I use it to list all my tasks. I can drag cards around to say “To Do,” “Doing,” and “Done.” It’s like a digital to-do list with sticky notes, but cooler.
6. Social Media Scheduler — Buffer
I post on social media… without being online.
Buffer lets me write my posts ahead of time. Then, it posts them for me later. This saves a ton of time. I can plan all my posts for the week in one hour and not worry about them again.
7. Online Store — Gumroad
Selling digital stuff? Gumroad is my favorite.
I use Gumroad to sell ebooks and templates. It takes care of everything — payments, file delivery, and customer emails. I just upload the product and share the link. Gumroad does the rest.
8. Video Calls — Zoom
Sometimes, I need to talk face-to-face.
Zoom is what I use for meetings or coaching calls. It’s easy to send a link, and anyone can join. Plus, I can record the call if I need to watch it again later.
9. Writing Tool — Google Docs
Where all my ideas begin.
I use Google Docs to write blog posts like this one. It saves everything online. I can open it from anywhere, even my phone. It also checks my spelling and grammar, which helps
